ABOUT

CKS Building Services, Inc., was launched in 2005 and has now been in business in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area for 13 years. Chris Stevens, company owner and president, has 28 years of experience installing and servicing building automation systems. He has a Masters Electrical License and Class A Builders license, both registered in Virginia. His employees have all been with the company for at least four years, or longer, and work exceptionally well together as a team. Chris is a hands-on owner, often working on site with his team. Keeping his company small has allowed CKS to be extremely responsive to clients’ needs. Chris was born and raised in Northern Virginia and has established strong ties with the community, clients, and his employees, many of whom he is honored to have as long-time friends.
